What is Machinima's support email for partners?

They have awful support at zendesk. Does anyone have the email of Machinima employees that I can contact for support? Any email address is appreciated. support@machinima.com just redirects to zendesk. Thanks.

Zendesk is their support and they get back in 5 days.

Not unless you know who to contact..I think if your channel is descent size, machinima will assign you direct contact person to solve issues.

i was with them for one year. They have seriously a s**t support team, even if you get a direct contact. They are clueless. They also take AGES to respond

Thats too bad, I get response sometimes within 10 mins from them.
For some reason, they have been very good to me
