what is everyones workflow?

After I've come up with my idea, it goes one or two ways,

If I'm doing a live video (not a voiceover):
  1. Record the clips I need
  2. Watch all of them back to make sure I have everything I need
  3. Edit the video
  4. Add outtro slide with previous videos
  5. Add music
  6. Watch the whole thing 2 or 3 times, to make sure I like it
  7. Export it
  8. While it's exporting, create a thumbnail
  9. Upload while adding description, tags, and thumbnail, also getting ready to share
  10. Add annotations, and make public
For a video where I'm using voiceovers, it's almost the same except:
  1. Write out the shots I need
  2. Record the clips
  3. Import all the clips and mute them in my editor
  4. Write a script based on the footage I have
  5. Record my script (usually on my phone)
  6. Import all audio to the computer and then into the editor
  7. Sync the clips and the audio, cut down the clips if needed
  8. Add in outtro slide
  9. Add music
  10. Export, upload, metadata, thumbnail, annotate, publicize!
Sounds like a lot, but I've gotten used to working this way. My videos usually take me between 6 hours and 2 days to complete.
