what is a "real youtuber"?

but what's the difference between a real youtuber and someone who just makes youtube videos?
is it a numbers thing?
is it a quality thing?
is it an effort thing?
is it just a mindset?

I don't know. People have been saying they're a real youtuber since before I even joined YouTube
