What is a Great Video Editing Software ?

What is Everyone Using to Edit there Videos before Posting to YT ? I know Editing can Take Hours to Days Depending on what fine tuning your doing and how long of a video your editing . About how much Is the Software that you have/Use ?:thanksthumbs:
 
I personally use Vegas Movie Studio, which comes pretty cheap and is simple to use.

I'm totally in love w/ Adobe products!! Because they are very cheap (if we consider the whole pack downloadable w/ an only fee) and let You making footages (Premiere), VFx/MotionGraphics (After Effects/Illustrator), and more =]

Footages could take whiles, hours to months =] Yesterday, I finished the first and last kind of footages :happy:

oh wow i didnt know that ok , Cool i thought Sony Vegas was like $500 for some reason, is Vegas movie studio the same thing ?

Yeah , I thought about Adobe too myself , its great software , right down to Photoshop which i believe is the best too !!

Never tried sony vegas.. but Maxon Cinema 4D and Maya ^^
Surelly, After Effects is suggested for Motion Graphics not VFx ^^ but I find a way for using for anyway xD

If You wanna look at cool VFx compositing software, well.. I highelly suggest Nuke, but It is VERY VERY expensive xD I think $2000/$4000, now I don't preciselly remember =]

Essentially, yes. As long as you're not doing huge movie level stuff, you should be fine. I just use it to edit gaming videos, so it suits my needs.

Thats Crazy that some of those are $2K TO $4k thats outrageous , i guess some of the high names on YT would probally use that .. but with millions i guess you have the money to do that !!

Well, it's usually used for more professional stuff. I wouldn't expect YouTubers who make either gaming videos or blogs to use it, they'd probably just pay someone else to do it for them at a much cheaper price.
