Sony Vegas Pro! It's a pretty easy and simple to understand program to edit your video's. Simple fact i can't doing Youtube without Sony Vegas

I would recommend Sony vegas pro. The version doesn't matter but I think it's the best video editor for youtube videos. Otherwise adobe after effects

Adobe Premiere is always good! I know the Yogscast uses Primere Pro and After Effects.

My favorite editor programme is Camtasia and the one that I use in my more recent videos as I saved up and bought the full version rather than try to get the free trial again. If you can't afford it I would say you Windows movie maker because even though many people say its unprofessional it gets the job done c:
