What is a good editing program for youtube? (windows)

Thanks, i changed the rezolution but the frame rate is at 29,970000, shoud i go with a bigger number?
Set it to whatever the source video is. Check your camera (or capture card or whatever kind of video it is) settings to see what frame rate it is recording at and what the aspect ratio is. Copy this when you export for maximum quality.

I set the rezolution to 1440x1080 and in the recording device it says 10 rates in frames per sec and I used to render my videos at 59,94

If possible, set the device to 30 frames per second and 1920 x 1080. Don't render with less than 24 frames per second or it will be choppy.

The rezolution is set by me when I chose what area to record but If i set the frames at 30, the recorded file is not gonna be bigger?

The file will be bigger, but the quality would be better. It depends what you are doing as to if it is required or not, but that is why it looks like "slow mo"

maybe get some better advise by going on youtube and watching some reviews...that's the smart thing to do and i just started doing just that. I personally use windows live movie maker and camtasia studio 8.
