What is a fraudulent counter notification

A video of mine was taken down, so I sent in a counter notification. It was rejected, so when I went to send one in again a checkbox is there telling me that filing fraudulent counter notifications may result in the termination of my youtube channel. What would make a counter notification fraudulent? Does that refer to fake info or does it refer to too many rejected counter notifications?

It means that any claim you make in the counter notification if not true.
eg
- you used a fake name or address
- you do not own the rights to the content when you claim you do.
- etc

I see. So if I said the video was edited to have commentary and edits, would they check to see if that's true or not if the link to it was provided in the counter notification?
