What ia the best recording software?

I personally use OBS for recording as I like having different profiles with different setups and settings so that it is easy to just jump in and record. It also makes editing easier by having one file, even though I know people like to edit their files separately, I have figured out a nice way of pre-mixing all of my inputs before recording so that I know it will sound good.
