What I use (not that anybody will care...)

I'm new, so I don't really know much about this stuff. And I have no video editing software as of now, except Roxio Videowave.

I'm pretty new too, well, I've been on since October of 2012 but never uploaded a whole lot. I joined this community in hopes of getting motivation
 
Well, I wish to motivate you, and look forward to your future videos. If you need any help just ask :D Twitter and Facebook is on my channel. So we don't flood this thread, lol.
 
I also use camtasia, just noticed the crop feature, pretty neat to crop down facecam etc. However for recording games I would suggest fraps or bandicam, I only use the camtasia built in if I record my browser, for instance online flash games.

I also have Action! (In which I didn't win) I just don't tend to use it as much :/
 
I used to use camtasia to record and edit my runescape videos back in 2007 before I moved over to Premiere Pro :p I think I was using Camtasia studio 6 :)

I like camtasia, but it can only do simple things. I'm trying to find something that's not too expensive, but better than camtasia.
