What Happens When You Ban A User from your Youtube Channel?

Had to do it. I was getting pretty annoyed by this person. It says that I will no longer see their comments but does that meanthey can still MAKE comments and I just won't receive notifications for them?
 
No they can not make comments anymore. From time to time they can make another account and continue bother you but you can as easily ban this acount again. :)
 
I was under the impression if you ban someone, they cannot see your channel at all? I could be wrong. We have a kid-friendly channel so I have to ban quite a few people who use foul language and say crude things. I'm pretty sure a lot the dislikes I get are from them opening new channels and disliking everything I upload! :)
 
They can still watch your videos, but trying to comment on a video or on your page is going to promt that they have been "banned" by the owner of the page. Making another account to continue tolling might happen. But as stated in comments above you can simply drop the ban hammer on that one too!
