What happens if you upload videos in a different country?

What if at the beginning you were uploading videos in your country, but later on, they notice that you've been uploading videos in another countries then for the past several months, can this put your partner program in jeopardy then?
 
unlikely - people upload to the WWW from all over the place, if you're signed in why would anyone care. Different story for the API. Travel vloggers upload from all over the place and haven't moaned about anything so...
