Thats just how shadowplay works. 60 fps is what you get when recording at its highest quality. So, if you can, why not do it, is how I think of it xDYoutube caps the framerate at 30fps. Curious question: What is the point in recording in 60fps if you are just going to chop it down to 30fps anyways for youtube? Why not just record at 30fps since thats what its going to be in anyways?
