I was doing higher quality mp4's. But for the extra render time and file size it wasn't worth the hastle. These quicktime files are the best bang for the buck that I've found.
720 .wmv. I used to use .mp4 but it would come out a little to dark then I would have to use brightness enhancments and colour-corrections etc It turned out easier to just render in .wmv
WAV - lol I admire your desire for audio quality, but sheesh that doubles your filesize and upload time Plus it's non-standard to mix WAV with MP4. If you play your original video on a stand-alone hardware player, it may not playback properly because of the bandwidth required.
