what else do i need to do ?

ive done ( or attempted ) everything that i have been told to do to get views , comments , subs and its not working.

i find it bad because in all honestly ive seen people with one video on there channel matching the quality of my videos or worse and they are getting 1000s of views and 100s of subs

I had a quick look at your video "Mine Z episode 3"
First notes:

  • Music is too loud and distracting.
  • You don't talk enough, and when you do, it's difficult to hear what you say.
  • Your video descriptions are practically non-existent. Same goes for channel description.
  • Your video titles don't give a good idea of what the videos are about, and are an outright nightmare for SEO.
  • Create better custom thumbnails for ALL your videos. You even use the exact same thumbnail on several videos. Took me a while just to figure out it was different videos.
  • Use annotations to make people subscribe, link to other videos, and spark conversation.
  • Use playlists better. Just smacking everything in a single playlist (that doesn't even have a description) is not the way to go.

If need be, use 50 bucks on creating a solid AdWords for Video campaign, and get a few thousand views on your videos, and boost some subscribers.
Find other smaller channels, and write to to see if they are up for some cross-channel video collaborations.
Look at upping your own content, before asking people to promote your channel. Don't ask for free handouts. Saying "I've seen videos that are much worse than mine" is a BS excuse.

If you're looking for a magic formula to get views, there isn't one.
Sure there is. There's several actually. Adwords is one. Virool is another. Proper SEO is another.

what he said^ (well apart from paying loads for AdWords) It`s just effort, determination and the ability to keep uploading even if you don`t see much in return.

Minecraft is way too over saturated, and really the traditional "lets play minecraft with (your channel name)" arn`t going to get you anywhere, try doing videos of really new mods and custom maps.

As Brandon says, theres no magic formula to get views. The most important things to do to get a bigger audience is:

- Upload videoes daily/weekly
- Be active on any socialmedia like Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr and forums
- Do collaborations with other YouTubers
- Choose your tags in every video carefully and always have a reason behind every tag that relates to your video
- Variety

There's a download link for the MP3 in the video description. Feel free to use the music in your video, IF:
You reference the maker (me) and the music with text in the video (this can just be 3 seconds in the beginning, like a music video would have it). Link back to my video with an annotation, as well as link back to the video in the description. You are of course not allowed to upload the music file or etc. on your own, only using it in your video. And of course, not making me endorsing anything in your video, etc etc., standard copyright lease stuff.
