What Editing Software Do You Use??? (Free) (Mac)

Hi,
I've been on Youtube for a while and have been using iMovie however I have been wondering if there were any better FREE options.
 
Try Lightworks. Theres a free version you can use as long as you remember your log in and sign in every month to restore your free version. I used to use it in some of my videos until I went to premiere
 
iMovie is pretty solid if you wanna do free. Final Cut Pro X makes me think of iMovie way too much these days. You can also get some apple loops from garage band, I believe.

You can also get a free 30 day trial from adobe and check Premiere out and edit/make as many videos as you can within that time frame.
 
Your best bet would be to download hit film 3 express. If you go onto film riots channel and look for one of the portal combat videos it'll give you a link for the express version for free. Either than that youll have to end up buying softwares like final cut or premiere pro.
 
Honestly you will probably have to buy editing software at one point, there are not very many editing softwares that are free. I personally use Movie Studio its pretty much sony vegas buts its expensive I got it for around $70 but you there are some free trials you can try for 30 days so definetly look into those. You can also try Wevideo (its an in browser editing software) you can get a free trial to make a 5 minute video and I would say that is probably alot cheaper than sony vegas or final cut. Beside that your options are limited. Hope this helped!
