What DSLR camera should I get?

I am going to start vlogging and I'm really confused about what camera I should get.
There is simply so much to choose from.
I am an amature with barley any experience regarding DSLR's so any help would be apprecieted!
 
Well there are two types of vlogs is what I think @Styxie is trying to say. You have either the just standing in front of a camera type vlogs or the vlogs where you travel around like CTFxC or the Shaytards. Both require different cameras.

i want to do the sit down kind of vlogs not travel vlogs :)
 
Okay then you should look at the Canon Rebel DSLR line of camera. I use a Canon T3i. It is very reasonably priced, but may be a bit past 500 depending on where you look to buy.

what other cheaper Canon rebel cameras would you recomend? T5?

Both don't really require different cameras, but with one type you can easily do both, where as with a DSLR, good luck trying to film yourself and focus at the same time x)
 
I'd recommend the Canon 600D for beginners with dslrs! Lots of well known youtubers use it for sit down vlogs, it's a decent price (and you can find it on special deals quite a bit) and good for starting out! :)
 
Shifted this to the hardware section :) A canon t2i or t3i is probably the best to go with, I have one myself and I love it :D
