What do you use for editing?

Hey guys,
Been a while since I've been on and I feel like I need to return to the community here.
So I decided to make a quick little post about what you guys use to edit your videos? I personally
use Sony Vegas pro 12 or Adobe After Effects. I'm not sure if there are any better alternatives,
so it would be cool to get some ideas and/or input from you guys!

Yeah, it seems like Adobe is very successful when it comes to video editing, haha.

Currently Sony Vegas Pro is my main editing software. I'm slowly transitioning to Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects. All of the choices are amazing, but Adobe > Sony.

Honestly yes, I Agree completely.

Adobe and Vegas are pretty much on par, I wouldn't say Adobe is better than Sony since at the end of the day both have their pros and cons.

I personally use Vegas 13.

FCPX mainly for most of my videos and i use screenflow to lighlty edit stuff on my gaming channel

I use Sony Vegas 12 too! That is my main software for editing, it's simple, and quite straight forward. I would like to learn how to add VFX from Adobe After Effect, but I don't have enough money to buy that. Oh well, maybe I'll wait for a little longer.
