I've Got It
I have been doing the Youtube scene for about a year now and I have to admit that I have enjoyed it quite a bit. Over that time I have really grown and honed my skills in being a gaming commentator. I find that people either love my highly energetic commentary and others ultimately don't and expect me to be serious like many others.
Today I am here to ask, even beg for some feedback from you forum members. My videos rarely get comments for some reason even when most of my commentary is mostly open discussion towards the viewer.
The problem I have found is that my channel is going backwards in growth. Previously about 5 months ago my channel was booming and I really mean booming but now it has gone into a slump.
I still do playthroughs that my followers love to see me do like Ratchet & Clank, etc. At the same time I usually like to divert and bring something different in just to spice up the content and then go back to the Ratchet-esque path.
Problem is that even when attempting to advertise no one seems to really care about my channel, or its existence anymore. Day in and out when I have free time my goal is to provide what I see as very high quality content but no one seems to latch. It gets frustrating at times because the game reviews I do sometimes take hours to days to weeks to make but when a review gets no single comment, or piece of feedback I feel like what I did was worthless.
Some say I should take a break but by doing that I feel that my relevance will drop even more because obviously a few days of inactivity can be a massive death sentence to a channel.
Everywhere I go no one seems to want to give my channel feedback and so as a last attempt I am trying here again.
