Because you have long hair and bigger boobs than the boy of wonder has so you have to be a little bit more girly than the boy of wonder. Maybe I don't need that many Robins. Need to fire some of them or let them die....

But that's why you're the girly wonder. If your over 18 you can be promoted to Batgirl. I'm sorry that's how the batclan works.
