I would suggest adjusting your banner so the text isn't clipped or covered up. Try to make an avatar that matches your banner but is simple and easy to understand (i suggest making a logo!)
start using social media to promote yourself. it really really makes a big difference, and you'll meet lots of really helpful people.
Next, I would suggest not limiting yourself to fps games. The market is really saturated with those, so it's immensely hard to get seen. Try playing a unique short game every now and again that not many people have played yet to get your channel seen (or just to throw some variety in for your subs)

So I had a look at your channel and the videos you have uploaded and theres a few things I would like to recommend or suggest.

Your trailer video is very long, 3 minutes for a trailer? Also not a whole lot happens apart from gameplay we can see anywhere. I would like to hear more about you, who you are and what this channel is all about.

Video wise you seem to have the right hardware and software to record good quality content but one key ingredient missing is of course, a voice.

I don't know whether or not your too nervous, don't have the money or simply don't want to but trying to grow a channel with no voice/character to listen to or engage with is pretty hard to do.

By all means bro keep recording and keep putting up good content, if you float around the YTTalk forums you will find plenty of solid advice to grow and improve your channel :)
 
Tahnks alot for the suggestion, the only reason i dont have any commentaries is because i am saving up for a new mic. I know that i need to have my voice on the videos and i ma planing to. This really helped and thanks again.
 
Google+. Update your google + profile image. Thats the image that appears in the top left of your banner. You can do a pic of yourself, or make up an avatar or whatever you choose, I just wouldn't leave it blank.
Descriptions. You want to improve this. I would type out a minimum of 3 lines for your description, preferably more. Youtube uses that info to help rank your video in search.
Thumbnails. I would start making these instead of using default images.
Playlists. I would group your similar videos into a playlist. So for example a cod 3 playlist, a CSGO playlist etc. Right now you have very little content but as that amount grows, it will make it easier for viewers to find your related content.
Voice. As the poster above said commentary is needed. ( there are exceptions of course).
