What do you think about the new youtube update (anti-trolling)

What do you guys think about the new update coming up where they are trying to control trolls by adding more effective ways to moderate comments (word filtering and G+), comments you care about move to the top, the chance to have public or private conversation.
 
Personally, I think it sort of filters out the bad stuff(which is good for some people) but I think for most small youtubers they will abuse it.

I think the private conversations thing could be an interesting way for people to connect through a video. Has anyone tested whether or not you can post video links in a comment yet? Read somewhere that was coming when they announced video replies were going away. Looking forward to that one for when people ask things like "where's the next episode?" or 'is there a playlist for the whole show?"
