What Do You Think About Stem Digital Network

What is their revshare and what features do they offer their partners? I havent heard of them before to make comment :)

The tiers are as follows:
 Tier 3 – Content creator channels with less than 300, 000 monthly views will receive our
base revenue share which is 70% of the gross revenue Stem Digital receives from
YouTube for that content creators’ channel.
 Tier 2 - Content creator channels that gain between 300, 000 – 1, 000, 000 monthly views
will receive 80% of the gross revenue Stem Digital receives from YouTube for that
content creators’ channel.
 Tier 1 - Content creator channels that gain over 1, 000, 000 monthly views will receive
90% of the gross revenue Stem Digital receives from YouTube for that content creators’

It seems that before "Stem Digital" they were running "GamingRoot" which was a network under ZoominTV, they claim they're "Direct with Google" but it looks as if ZoominTV helped them get their own CMS under them... it's easy to lie about this as there's simply no way to tell which company is behind them unless they say themselves but to the regular user there's no different in status between them and a network like Fullscreen for example when in reality behind the scenes there is as they are one of many networks ZoominTV have hidden under their big long wings lol

That is all fine and dandy but what is the creator getting in exchange for surrendering revenue?
