Your banner is pretty creative. The only thing I would remove is the please subscribe sing. Also I would change your avatar. And btw you look totally different in your videos than on your avatar but it's funny

I would move the banner text so it's not at the bottom. Probably centered or a place where the eye would instantly get drawn to it

I like your banner, but your thumbnail needs to be a higher quality pic: Less orange tint from lights, brighter, bit more contrast. This is so it matches the rest of the channel, which currently looks good with the banner/thumbs. Good luck!
