I would have to say the big learning curve. Like it's good to learn but sometimes it's really iritating just not knowing things and not being able to learn certain things without trial and error. Knowing if a video is good or not is 1 thing, but knowing where it will go is another thing altogether. So my primary hatred is the not knowing.
I also hate how the system is too easy to get channels banned or for false copyright claims to be made. So it's too easy to lose a channel.
I hate how they spend time updating useless things more than useful things, especially by making updates that reduce convenience more than anything like moving the inbox to the community section and trying to get rid of it and the Google+ implmentation effecting the efficiency & user friendliness of the UI and then the 1 good update they recently get is the ability to add a video to a playlist directly from the edit section, THAT is how you create convenience, I actually really love that feature as it saves me having to find which videos I may or may not have added they just go into the playlist straight away. Sorry I know it's a what we hate but this little feature being so good emphasises how bad their other updates are lol
I hate seeing people use unethical methods to gain growth, i.e. commenting on other peoples videos asking others to check out their channel & to top it off the people who try to compliment you while doing it or don't even take the time to watch the video lol, randomly messaging people to their inboxes or using misleading titles, tags etc...
I hate putting significantly more effort into specific videos (like highlights for e.g.) and seeing them get nowhere or get same results as other videos.
I think I have more but I need sleep xD
