My current ritual usually involves me finalizing the description, tags and thumbnail for the video while it is still fresh in my mind.

Well, I actually make the thumbnail for the video and I usually prepare the sites that I need to share the video in.

While rendering a video, I leave my laptop ON and go outside to take fresh air and listen to some music

I tend to pull out my laptop and relax. Or take a nap.

Since I upload videos in batches with buffer space of a few days, my usual routine is to render a few all at once, upload 5-6 at a time, and mess with the thumbs and descriptions while that's happening.

For me, I just pretty much do everything that you can see in my "How to Procrastinate" video...

but sometimes I just start making thumbnails, eat a pop tart, text some girls, watch music videos, start brainstorming for my next video...
