After First Channel called Korxtendo with featuring both Gameplay and Review Game on YouTube Join Date since January 28th, 2011 (6 years later).
Create new Second Channel called "KorxToon" with featuring Cartoon Only
and Donald Duck Cartoon uploading to YouTube.

Back in December 5th, 2017.
Claimant by Disney?

both Episode "Don Donald" is 0:13-7:50 and "Donald's Ostrich" is 15:49-24:06,
except Second Episode "Modern Inventions" still is Normal not Audiovisual Content.
Modern Inventions doesn't use Public Domain? isn't Claimant by Disney.

if Disney Classic Cartoon like Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse, Goofy etc doesn't allow uploading to YouTube?
Copyright Claim by Disney and Video Blocked it.

KorxToon Account get suspended (December 5th 2017 at 4 AM PST),
Video removed was Donald Duck Video get Community Guidelines, not Copyright Strike
and Account get restored (via Contact YouTube support) at December 5th, 2017 at 8:37 AM PST.

this video doesn't use monetization, but Viewing Restrictions get blocked by Disney.

Your question is not very clear but if you are asking why your channel was suspended it's because you uploaded content that is owned by the worlds biggest media creators. They tend to take offence at people stealing their content whether you've monetized it or not.
