No problem. I had the same problem, and it took a while for me to figure it out. The one thing you should play around with is the target MBPS (max MBPS should be a bit higher than target). I usually bump it up until I think my video size is reasonably sized (since adobe media encoder gives you an estimate), but a specific range might work for your videos.
