I've Got It
So guys, here is my dilemma. I'm about to upload a new video but one thing that has bugged me since I started uploading a month ago was the category section. What category should I put my videos to be? Videos I mostly do are funny compilations of games I play. Hence, its not exactly a gameplay or Let's Play video, but Its not purely comedy or under general entertainment. Should my videos be in Gameplay or Entertainment?

I say as long as your mostly doing compilations of games you might as well be considered a gaming channel.
 
I would say based on all the videos i saw on your channel that you should mark them as both game-play and entertainment but mostly game-play. Entertainment is a very broad category because what people find entertaining is different and it does not describe what you do very well. So stick with game-play as your category for now, unless the video does not contain game play.
 
Yeah, not to beat a dead horse, but even if they're comedic I'd say they're still gaming.

I think you're far more likely to get views from people searching for Battlefield videos, for example, than from people searching for Louis C.K.

And entertainment is even more broad- that's everything from Bill Nye to Snookie. I'd stick with gaming, and treat comedy as a sort of subcategory.
