What Bit rate should I render gameplay at?

As you can see in the title I would like to know what bit rate I should render at. Currently im rendering all of my gameplay videos at 1080p 30fps and a bit rate of 22mb. Is that too high? What do you recommend?

I do 720p because it cuts the upload and render time literally in half.
1080p isn't necessary.

I do 720p, 30 fps, 9mbps constant bitrate. 9mbps seems perfectly good to me, honestly anymore doesn't seem to make a difference at all. I wouldn't go higher than 15 anyhow.

I render at 6-8mbps mainly because youtube compress your videos down to around that
