What are your goals this year?

So I might be totally misinformed about this (please tell me if I am) but I haven't seen a thread with people sharing their goals in a while. So take this opportunity to be 100% honest with everyone about your real goals for YouTube.

Here's mine to get the ball rolling.

- Hit 500 subscribers
- Have 1 video get over a 1000 views.
- Have one fan tell me I made their day.

What are yours?

Those are all great goals! Mine are:

300 subscribers
A subscriber made gif on tumblr
Comedy collaborations and generally try to meet other youtubers with a similar subscriber count.

I think they're relatively achievable... Just got to keep on keeping on right?
