What are your goals for subscribers and views by the end of 2021?

I'll start.

Mine are 10,000 subscribers and 10,000,000 views.

I just started my journey 10 days ago, so I don't know what's realistic in a year. I'd love to be at 1000 subscribers, and maybe have 100 videos uploaded by the end of this year.

Basically;

-Hit 500 subs by October (currently on track to 300, so if I hit it early the goal will be 1k)
-Get my avg view duration to at least 6 minutes for videos/80% of longer ones
-Get Twitch affiliate (hard)
-Get at least 4 to 5 uploads a month (I make...interesting lets plays and some scripted skits sometimes)
-Get at least 100 Twitter followers

That seems like a lot of subscribers for 1 million views, lol. But that might just be because I only have 3,373 subscribers with over 1.6 million views.
