What am I doing wrong?

Well the major problem is you've only released about 2 videos per month since you started. You need to upload daily.
I would have to agree with Frankie on this one. You could use some extra content on there bud, but just try to get to a schedule where you aint stressing about numbers so much. Just enjoy doing what you are doing and quit focussing on the stats that are pretty much out of your control anyways !

it's not about what you are doing wrong, it's more about the genre of videos you wanted to make.
gaming is very competitive because many people do it. you have to try to do something that pops out and makes you different from others.
1- a content creator should not expect to get famous instantly.
2- try to connect with your subscribers, ignore the haters and focus on the people who like you. also open a twitter to keep them updated and to ask them what they want to see next.
3- there are forms that are specially made for gamers.
4- to make yourself pop out, try out games that some poeople havent tried yet. if every one plays the same game it gets boring
5- to make yourself different from the others, SHow Your Face. behind the camera, it hides who you art. for me all the gamers look the same unless they show themselves or try to have an exciting tone in their voice
5- have a scedual
6- have a show, for examle on sundays it's minecraft, on wednesdays is Tome raider, on mondays you talk to your audience. but try not to over do it and post everyday

humm.. hope this had helped you :)

So yeah, youre a gaming channel, the hardest genre to get recognition.
So try to edit extra hard your videos. Talk about very interesting stuff.
And you definetely need to upload a whole lot more....

I wouldn't go so far as to say that you should upload videos daily but, definitely upload more videos often its mainly the luck of people sharing your vids that brings success

I'm going to finish the NBA finals on 2k13, and then do a commentary lets play of Last of us? Does that sound good?

The LP of TLoU is going to bring you viewers, but you really need to be carefull with that, because you are not a partner you dont get protection against the copyright of TLoU ;)

Well i have been uploading videos for 4 months now (3 since i was inactive for 1 month), and i have been trying to upload short LPs daily, since you are a gamer channel you should try to find games that people enjoy to watch, and you should upload as many times as you can XP Oh and of course make friends on youtube :D Welcome your subscribers and become friends with them, really it makes the journey a lot more funny :)

All i can say is good luck from now on bro ;D

Its not about uploading daily, its about how you advertise your channel, or how you come across to others!
You need to treat your channel like a business, think of your videos as your product and every viewer is a buyer!
You have to make people notice your name, join websites, comment on vides, be active all over the internet and make sure your name is unmissable everywhere;)
