I've Got It
Hello YTtalk Community. Can someone check some of my recent videos and tell me IF i'm doing something wrong. How can I improve it? I'm not getting too much views latetly and I don't know why :(.
PLEASE HELP :(

Watched the second cry of fear and the start of the video you just need to should more into the game. Especially for lets play channel because you have to entertain people for like 10 to 14 minutes. So just sound more engertic
 
Your channel isn't bad. It's just generic. You got to stick out more compared to the other gaming channels. There's a gripload of gaming channels on YouTube.

You're channel is just like any other gaming channel on Youtube. There's loads of gaming channels like yours on Youtube, with similar commentaries. The reason why someone like Pewdiepie is big is because he sticks out from the crowd with his personality, and his thumbnails which gets people interested to see his videos.

PewDiePie is the perfect example of just lucking out.

My channel is a gaming channel yes, that's because that's what I like to do.
But I also have another channel 'ManlySometimes' that I do funny skits and more deep videos. Non-gaming related.

PewDiePie is popular because he's popular.

By the way, I met him before he was really big with a friend. He's really chill and a nice guy.

PewDiePie got lucky. But his thumbnails stick out from other gaming channels. He makes his thumbnails interesting and enticing to someone searching on YouTube. Most gaming channels uses the games on thier thumbnails, and it doesn't stick out for someone searching for that video.
 
So you're telling that I should make thumbnails like that? But everyone would just say I copy others then

I don't mean completely copying what PewdiePie's doing. But just make more interesting Thumbnails that grab a viewers attention when they search on YouTube. Thumbnails are pretty important to get a viewer interested in seeing your video.
