What am I doing wrong?

Anyways I've just uploaded my second video and I've just looked back at my first video and it doesn't have many likes and I haven't really gained many subscribers.
Can anybody tell me what am I doing wrong.

Hey man, Jawad already covered most of it, but yeah, you can definitely tighten up your thumbnails! They're tough to read, and the green is a really harsh color. And yeah, flipping your camera horizontally will help a lot! I'd also suggest making your home page more attractive, by adding playlists and a featured video or channel trailer. I know you don't have a lot of content yet, but it still helps!

You have a good personality though, so if you just tidy up your channel and content, you can do good!

Hey, When you go into your channel it has.. I wouldn't say the WRONG layout, Just a different layout to the majority of YouTubers.. So, If you want to change it go to your channel, There is a little pencil that appears under your banner in the top right hand corner of that white box (its the one that has your channel name on).. Click that pencil, click edit channel navigation and 'enable' the browse part.. Yeah!
