Idk. its like i feel like im doing everything i should be to get people to subscribe and like and all that. but it doesnt seem like it. could anyone honestly tell me what i am doing wrong? or what i could be doing better?

When I clicked on your link, I fully expected to see Minecraft videos. I was right. 
If you insist on doing Minecraft LPs like approx. 50000 other channels out there, you should really work on making your videos stand out. Your thumbnails are kind of bland - why would anyone want to click on a random MC LP on YouTube with thumbnails that are very plain and simply state: 'Minecraft LP'? Maybe come up with something nobody has done yet in MC - probably very hard to come up with a topic that hasn't been covered yet, but it may be possible.
My personal recommendation: try your luck with other games, while keeping your style. If other games prove to be more beneficial for your channel, than you know it was Minecrafts fault. If nothing changes, then you need to search for the problem elsewhere.
