"Welcome to my channel" video

Most of the guides i've read have said that a channel trailer or welcome video are good things to add to your channel. So i'd say yes, create one that explains what guests could expect from you.
 
i think for newer channels it's important to have a introduction video. then as you grow you could move away from it and have your most viral video up. but that's just me
 
I would use a video you already uploaded that you think best represents your channel, this way, you'll get more views on that video and possibly more subs to your channel :)

I don't think it's the best, but I tried not to say : "I upload game videos on this channel and that video and blah blah blah"
'cause I think that it wouldn't get attention & most people would say it's fake!
That's what I think, I don't know if it's true or if it works!
So I say what I like to do! & it's the same thing!
By saying what I Iike and what I do in my free time, i believe that anyone that sees it understands what the channel is all about!
