have you ever experienced any weird YouTube glitches?

Just started happening now.
Had a few messages in the little bell corner.
It wouldn't let me select the top message, after messing about with it for a while, I realized that wherever my mouse pointer was inside the messages box, where it REALLY was was about 2 inches under selecting the wrong things, making the top message very hard to get to without manually going into G+.
This is not happening anywhere else on youtube, just inside the messages box when you open the bell icon.
