Weird ad skip times?

Not sure where this topic should go as I'm using the new layout and thought it might be related to that, but i's from the user end perspective, not the monetisation end. I've noticed I'm getting 12sec unskippables, and some of the longer trailers and ads won't let me skip until 25 seconds in. Anyone else getting this?

yeah for a while, prolly a normal thing, especially if the seller wants you to watch the ENTIRE ad instead of skipping
 
I hadn't noticed it before, but I tend to leave music running when I -can't- skip ads because my hands are wet or such xD
