hmmm that is very strange! what program are you using to render and whats the project quality? 720, 1080? also what format are you saving in?

Did you try recording a new video of like 10-20 seconds or so and uploading to see if it works or not? If that does the trick, maybe try uploading your videos again. Other than that, I don't know what to tell ya, sorry man.
