Website for taking fan requests?

Like, I know that suggestions box websites exist, but I was thinking something more public. Sort of like a poll where viewers can add their own choices and vote. And it doesn't end. Like a permanent fluid poll. Any ideas?

A lot of people I follow use Tumblr for that kind of stuff.
