Hey! We're actually not allowed promotion outside "Videos & Channels" section. You probably can't post it there because you have no access to it. Collect YTTalk money by posting and reply, you can buy VIP access (there's more option than this) and then you can promote your video there! ..

but still, even though you're VIP, you still can't promote outside from that section, for example this section (Youtube Chat....) ...

Haha, you can't move your own thread actually, you need a mod/admin to do it for you ..
but even though you wanted it to move it there, you still need VIP access
