it's easy mate,just make a logo or your branding in Photoshop.Make sure the background is transparent,export is as a png file.Now go to to your youtube channel,click on your channel icon,go to "Creator Studio"...then go to "Channel">"Branding" & now just upload your created png file,it will appear on your videos automatically
