Watching Your New Video(s)

For most of my videos, I do closed captions which forces me to watch the video at least once after upload to check for errors, but then once it has gone public, I never watch it again, at least never on its official public URL. If I get a question in the comments and I need to link to a particular part of the video, I'll do it via video manager. Doing it that way, I have never had a video stuck on 301+ for more than a couple of hours.

How many times do any of you watch your newest video(s)? I dont do it to increase the views but sometimes ill watch my newest video a few times a day on both pc an mobile phone but mostly its because I can pinpoint the mistakes I made but also I like how I express things in a video.

Am I the only one?
I only watch them before I upload. So, usually after the video has rendered then I proceed to watching it, but never after I upload. :)

Can't you just answer through the Google+ Notification system? :)

Sorry, I wasn't very clear. Often I'll get a grammar question in the comments and to accompany my answer, I'll refer the viewer to the relevant part of the video quoting the timeline. To find the right part of the video, I need to watch video, but I make sure to watch it from video manager :)

Does it count as a view if you watch a video from the video manager?

I don't watch them that often, but when I do, its before I record a new batch, so that I can see what I need to improve upon and what needs to be changed

After I rendered my video, I will watch it once (to make sure I made mistake) and then I upload it on Youtube.

Good question and I'm not entirely sure, but I do it for 2 reasons: 1)To make it easy for YT to "see" that I'm not trying to inflate the view count even if it is counted as a view and 2)To watch without ads.

Once or maybe twice just to make sure that I didn't mess up gigantically anywhere but then that's usually it. By the time it's done I've seen it while cutting it down in FCPX soooo many times (not the final version but still).
