I know, but if i get any sort of partnership in future it means delete every video with any sort of copyright claim :/I reckon you should have the audio levels the way you want it, if worst comes to worst they will only third party content match your video, this doesn't count as a strike so you should be good to go
I allowed them to do whatever they wanted and acknowledged it straight away because I know that I haven't done anything too serious

If you want to be caution, just make second channel and upload all the copyright match content there, and use the link to your playlist, that what I did with Far Cry 3 videos!
