Was my video penalized?

Sometimes videos get taken out of search, this has happened to me all the time. Just add a period in your description, save changes, take out the period and save it. It should be back up soon.

Do you mean I should add "2014" or "February 2014" into the description of my video (into the title and tags as well?) and save it? Then remove it and save it again? And how long should I wait before I remove it?

It doesn't matter what you put in, it's just changing it in someway so it updates. Wait like 2 minutes.
