* FIRST IMPRESSIONS:
You should switch to the new OneChannel layout! It's going to be mandatory here pretty soon, so might as well get ahead of the game! :) Your channel looks very nice!

* GRAPHICS / DESIGN / BRANDING:
Your background is awesome, and I like how the avatar matches that. It looks like you do have custom thumbnails, but not on all the videos. I suggest using custom thumbnails for all your videos, it will make your channel look nicer and more professional. The custom thumbnails that you do have aren't really impressive. If you are not good at making thumbnails, maybe get someone else to make you some? There are a lot of people here on the forums that will be willing to help you!

* INTRO/OUTRO:
You don't have an intro or outro.

* VIDEOS:
I watched "My First Live Commentary! 8 Turnovers" video, and I'm not a fan of the intro part. It took about 35 seconds to get to the actual game/commentary. For future episodes, i'd get rid of it because it's a bit unnecessary. I thought your commentary was pretty good. (I also noticed that you are playing as Portland Trailblazers.. I live in Portland or extra brownie points for you! :P)

I also watched your "The Birds and The Bees" video, and I highly suggest not to eat while you are recording. It made me cringe. If you are wanting to eat something while your recording, at least cut it out. The quality wasn't that great, even in 1080p. Everything is blurry and the color is very washed out. The commentary is good though!

* OVERAL REVIEW:
Your channel is very nice and has a lot of potential! I think the only thing I can thing of that you can improve is the thumbnails. Defiantly try to make the custom thumbnails better, it will really help out your videos! Your commentary is good and makes the video interesting! Keep up the work!

I'm going to bookmark this, thanks! The feedback is really helpful and I'll work on it asap. Sorry about the eating thing, I think I was trying to hard to be funny and it backfired. :down:
I'm not sure what I could do about the quality, I'll see if Sony Vegas can add anything. I also ask around for help on custom thumbnails.

If you do not want to monetize your videos (since you are a gaming channel), you could always enable monetization, but not monetize your videos and still receive custom thumbnails. I like how your outro is the same image as your banner, brings your channel together very nicely! I noticed the annotations darken when you hover over them, and if you don't want that to happen use the 'spotlight' annotation. Works just the same, and it won't darken when you hover over! I like how you have 3 videos on your outro. That's a nice way to bring in some more views! I also like the music.

* VIDEOS:
I watched your Minecraft Big Dig Part 2 video. Your commentary is good! I really enjoyed the video. :) I also watched the "Top 15 Moments" video, I thought it was funny haha. Great video! :) You are a good commentator and I found both videos entertaining and fun to watch :)

I also watched your Sonic.exe video, and it looks so much fun haha. I think I may play it on my gaming channel! Also, I heard you said you didn't like tails. HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT :crying:

I watched your channel trailer, and even though it was nice, it could use some improvement. You want to catch the viewers attention as soon as possible, and it takes 30 seconds to begin to learn about your channel, and even then it was only a few seconds about your channel. What you should do is talk about your channel and the kinds of videos you do, and have the rest be like your best clips from your videos so far. When I had a trailer, that's what I did and people loved it. It helps people know about your channel a lot more than just saying "Hi my names this I make ____ videos. Subscribe".

I watched Pokemon White Randomizer N-locke Ep. 1 Restarting.. video, and I suggest cutting out your dog barking lol. It may just be small background noise, but it can be a bit distracting. I thought your commentary was pretty good though! :)

* OVERAL REVIEW:

I like the banner! I like the controller, without that it would be unclear what kind of channel you are. It's a very nice touch. I like the avatar as well, and it also goes with your genre because when I look at it, I automatically think gaming.

Your channel is very nice! Your commentary is clear, and good. Your branding is nice as well :) The only thing I think could improve your channel is to get custom thumbnails. I have fixed the black bars, and I uploaded the wrong file for TTT episode 1, but I would love any other feedback you'd give!
