want to know if my channel is good

Interesting games and a good voice.
The only thing I see that is missing is a better microphone. Listening to someone with that kind of quality can be quite tiresom.
 
I'm not very knowledgeable with mic's because i'm a prankster and I use wireless audio rather than things like the snowball you mentioned. But I agree, your voice sounds good, one that I could totally see becoming big and people enjoying. Maybe try and get a better mic, just depends, maybe its too close to your mouth but it sounds a little crackly if thats the right word to use.
You seem to have consistent stuff which is good, maybe mess around with the thumbnails a little bit more, and I personally think you could get a little bitter on the graphics banner and such.
But to be honest if you keep working on it, I think you can get much bigger.
