They could just sub you to get a sub and then never watch your videos....

some will not and some will. getting an active subscriber for every 5 dead subs is better than no active subs. I'm only trying it out once because I like my channel to be an organic channel. And just a side note that it's a legit site and community so it's not like botting.
 
I looked at it, it looks like a pyramid scheme to me. You might get the numbers out of the deal, but what are numbers if no one is watching?
