I don't really pay attention to shout outs, only if the person is actually in the video, at which point it's more of a collab.

If someone wanted to be featured in your video they should make some content for you to feature. It should also be a cross promotional thing and hopefully they will put something you did on their videos too.

I just hear too many problem with people dropping off the face of the earth as soon as they got their shout out.
