W9 Form and Creator Platform?

Do i need to fill out my w9 form if i have a paypal email in already also how can i use the new platform and how come it doesnt work on my phone it just crashes

I think its mandatory to fill out the W9 in order to get paid and the creator platform for the phone may have issues since it was just released recently.
 
You are required by law to complete and return a W-9 (if US) or W8-BEN (if you live outside the US) once the requester has asked you to fill it in so return it to them asap :)
